SHIPPING:
The Eve Effect uses USPS to ship all packages in the US within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday. Estimated delivery is within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional time during peak shipping dates and understand that we can not control shipping time once it is in the hands of the USPS.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders $100 or more for US shipping.
The flat rate fee for all orders under $100 shipped in the US is $6.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
The Eve Effect is NOT responsible for damage, lost or stolen packages. You may contact USPS directly and provide your tracking details for help.
RETURNS:
Thank you for shopping with The Eve Effect. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Items may be returned within 10 days of purchase for credit to method of payment or store credit.
Items must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items can not be worn or washed.
Earrings, unless defective, can not be returned for any reason due to hygiene concerns.
Engraved items can not be returned unless defective or has incorrect lettering.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria and it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping should you want the item back.
